Went well. Two hours again. Home playing with my lights. Muscles hurt like crazy. Pressure ice wrap is helping the pain meds.

I hope this is as coherent as I'm seeing it.

The downside is in my idle time you guys made me buy a Sipik 68. Enablers.

Pellidon,
I'm glad that things are going well. I had bi-lateral hip surgery done at the same time a couple of years ago. Lower back stiffness and pain has made it difficult to work out as much as I wanted to post-op, in many ways (though I did my immediate post-op exercises), but I've finally started working in the pool at the YMCA. Just don't push anything, and if they say don't cross your ankles, don't cross your ankles. Good luck on you upcoming procedure!
