Looking for pocket friendly EDC light (long list...)

Requirements:
*Single cell - prefer AA to CR123 but willing to swap if the benefits are there
*Adjustable power settings
*Clicky tail switch
*Mode memory so I can have it power on in strobe mode with one click if ever needed
*...Strobe mode
*Pocket clip

Would like but not required:
*The lower the price the better, less than $40? (Think Thrunite Archer 1C)
*Highest brightness setting to be 250+
*Forward clicky
*Low light / firefly / moonlight mode
*Ability to tail stand
*Cool white color - it just seems cooler and more high tech to me
*Tail switch also cycles modes
*Not smooth finish - not fond of slipper lights

Cool to have but really don't care at all:
*Adjustable beam focus
*SOS mode

I'm not tremendously into the grandeur that is the flashlight community so please forgive me for any misuse of terms.

Seems like you have a few conflicting requirements in the fwd clicky, multi-mode, memory, tail switch cycling requirements.

You can get awful close on most of the requirements with a Quark though.
