Very close in performance compared to a Current Boosted XML2 PDTn S6330vn. Doing so with just two LED and is much flatter for the pockets!! ;-)


Poor head to body heat sinking path/design shown. The white thermal paste shown is added by me.
The Oring between the head and the body isolate what could have been a small connection for thermal conductance.
All that is left for body to head heat transfer is the top part of the body where the screw hole is. Not much.




External copper heat sink option shown above can be added to greatly improve head to body conductivity.
Black anodization will be removed so Arctic Silver thermal adhesive can be applied for good bonding.
