Fenix PD35 2014 vs E35 UE

What is difference? I have the Pd35 2014 and it is sweet. But while shopping around found the E35 Ultimate Edition for 42$. Seems like virtually the same light for a lot less money. What am I missing?

E35UE does not have a tail switch, it only uses the electronic switch on the side of the head. The modes are also different, to get to turbo/boost on the E35UE you have to hold down the button, the PD35 you can select the highest mode and leave it there. The PD35 also comes with a pocket clip and holster.

Thanks for the info. I ordered a Rev 3 Maratac Copper AAA instead! Not comparable I know, just adding to my collection.
