Hello, I just have a few questions about the fenix ld60. I was wondering if each led is 2800 lumens or all together 2800 lumens with all the leds running. I was thinking about the tk35ue or the ld60. I just need a light for throw when I'm hiking. I had the nitecore ea8 but the driver went out and luckily amazon took it back and gave me a refund even after the one month return policy so I have a decent amount of money to throw down to get this ld60 or tk35ue. Any suggestions? I know the tk35 isn't the best thrower but I think from what I read that the ld60 is 400+ meter throw which would be good for me. I think the tk75 is the one with 800 meter throw but I don't want to put so many 18650s in it that I can't run my pd35 a nd nitecore p16 since I'm 18 and work a minimum wage job and I don't want to be buying so many batteries I don't have enough for my other lights

Its about 933 lm per led. The TK60 has about 460m throw, TK35ue about 240m, and the TK35 XML2-U2 380m and is a good compromise. The useful/usable throw is about half what is listed or even less. Since you already have a floody light (PD35) you might want to consider a thrower like the Olight M3X or SR52 or the Armytek barracuda, they have less spill and a tighter hotspot. The M3X and Barracuda both run on 2 18650's

I take it back I realized the tk75 is the 800 meter throw light. So which one? Tk35ue, ld60, or tk75. I heard the ld60 has a flickering probably and I don't want to buy the first batch of the ld60 if later batches the probably could potentially be fixed

Thanks taz. I just need a strong thrower for lighting up long distances. Last night I heard a howl on my night hike and my nitecore p16 could only pick up the eyes of whatever it was lol. It could've been a coyote is my guess. It's hard to tell since they blend in with the rocky desert mountains out here in Phoenix

This table from my LD60 review might help, as it lists the actual measured outputs and throw of different lights - including the different cell arrangements in the LD60.

Looking at Selfbuilt's table you'll notice that high lumen's doesn't necessarily equal long throw. If you don't mind large lights the TK61 has 830m throw, but like the TK75 it takes 4 18650's.
