Wireing question?

Next question..I'm using a flexblock to regulate my LED's.

1- Where should the on off switch go? Between the battery and flexblock, or between the Flexblock and LED?
2-Should I run a fuse and where? ( 700ma / 48v )

What model of flexblock are you using?

1. Ideally between battery and Flexblock, otherwise you'll be burning power having the flexblock on all the time.
2. Between the battery and Flexblock or Flexblock and LED? What is the application?

Since it's an underwater lighting, I would suggest you do some research into electric hazards. The NEC code would be a good place to start. I would not rely on a fuse for shock protection.

If it is 12V (AC or DC), then no need to worry about shocks.
