Personally I'd describe that more as a boa than a scarf :thinking:
If they studied Tom Baker, programmed in the specific bands (choose from what looks like 11 different versions!), animated it, and made it more "sacrf-ie", then they'd have a hit on their hands! Wibbly Wobbly, Timey Wimey!
