Another mass-produced de-domed light...it's happening :D Now I'm just waiting for Fenix to de-dome the TK61.

,,,,,,,,,I see a trend by Olight! I like it!

Although having modded lights spoils me! I have a TX25C2vn that is ~ 1.0" smaller than this and throws ~450m+! :)

I see this light as a downgrade from the 1020 lumen version.
I got one a couple weeks back and can say up to 250 yards it hangs with my Surefire M3lts.
I love how Olight includes the Cr123 sleeve, otherwise use an 18650.

man, so here's what i'm noticing:

M2X-UT Javelot: 164,000 cd
M20SX Javelot: 34,200 cd

so the M2X-UT Javelot with the much bigger reflector will really outdo the M20SX right?

Exactly! 370m of throw compared to 810m of throw!

I know it is NOT fair but you put a "vn" after M2X and you get ~300Kcd/ ~ 1095m of throw!:twothumbs That is what mine is now.

This led will really shine in the multi emitter setups where throw always seems to be sacrificed. Amazing this m20 now has more throw than the m22.

Do like the form factor of the m20 light, with a little boost i think it would make a solid compact edc thrower. I know it wont compete with the big boys due to reflector size, but for some i think a potential go to little thrower due to size.........I am liking the way olight are going and look forward to their sr52 javelot:poke::D

Medium is suspect it is either brighter or lasts longer. Its the same on the m22. The medium is much brighter than the specs.

I de-domed my M22, turned out decent. I took some phosphor off by accident but not that much, I'd say maybe 10%. The reason is 'cause I didn't let it heat up for long enough to come off easier.

Thanks !! Would you hazard a guess to the throw figure perhaps ?
