I am looking for some rechargeable batteries for headlamps & a gps. Currently I have a princeton tech apex that runs on CR123 & goes through the cells fairly quickly when using it. Is it worth buying some rechargeable for it & if so what would be the best? Or should I just forget & stop see if I can't off load the light on craigslist as its my only 123 device & stock up on AAs.
That being said I my main headlamp is a petzal myo xp & a black diamond icon. Along with this I frequently use a garmin handheld gps 60. I operate alll with energizer lithium but in from about October until March (cold & dark) I go through a fair amount so I am looking to replace them with rechargeables. Would my best option be to try & find some of the Duracell Ioncores, & look at a Maha C-9000 charger. Is there another charger that would work just fine for just AA's?
Thanks

AWs for 16340s, either protected black wrapper ICRs, or red wrapper IMRs.

Iron Cores seem to be a viable battery. The Maha C-9000 is golden.
