Flashing landscape lights

I have a bunch of 12v LED landscape lights. They are powered by a Meanwell 60W powersupply in my basement.
Today all of a sudden all lights started flashing in a fairly regular pattern about once/second. I am perplexed. Would a failing power supply behave that way?

I've seen many LED street name signs flash as you described when their power supply/driver go bad.

If it's just a 12 volt power supply and not a constant-current driver, try another 12 volt power source or even a 9 volt battery in place and see if the problem goes away.
