Is there some procedure to assemble Elzetta host the head especially/o-ring/lens/gasket/latest Malkoff M61 drop in properly? Stacking said parts on top of M61 drop in or laying same parts in head and assemble by feel...there's got be something better. :poke:
Surefire hosts already have lens out front. M61 goes in. Done.
Malkoff MD series assembly are just as sure.
Elzetta. Still trying to figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.

The o-ring sits in a shallow groove in the head, and it generally stays in place even when the drop-in is removed. The very large o-ring slides on the outside of the drop-in, and generally stays in place even when the drop-in is removed. The lens can be placed onto the front recess of the drop-in, and the drop-in is simply placed into the socket of the body. The head can then be screwed onto the body, and if the light is oriented with the bezel up, the lens won't be able to fall out of place.
