Hello.
A friend of mine gave me Panasonic laptop battery, which resulted in 4 NCR18650 cells. Internal resistance is low, now they are on discharge cycle and already passed 2300mAh mark, so they look promising. However, I can't get the date of manufacture. All online results consider 4 digit code, but these cells have 3 digit.
On the plastic shrink wrap, it says Cy0703. On the metal can itself, under the wrap, there are 3 lines of text:

26K
DCJ
Any ideas?
