What is the max lumen rated @.75A 4.2v ?
Why are the cathodes in the center of the LED ?

Here is two photos I took

This might be a XPE OK if that's the case what is the Max Lumens and what is the wavelength in NM ?

Here is the link to the Cree data sheet for XPE. Focus on the bottom of page 5.

My post below will assume this is the standard "red" XPE (there is also red-orange, photo red, and far red).

Looks like wavelength is 620-630nm.
As for lumens, that seems to be a little harder to determine strictly from the datasheet. It shows that Flux (lumens?) range from 45.7-73.9, depending on bin/group at 350ma.

Many of Cree's color LEDs have different binning groups, which have a peak centered on slightly different wavelength values. Unfortunately, when buying these LEDs from distributors it is often not possible to buy a specific bin and you cannot be sure exactly what you are going to get. Generally you can expect a bin with a value centered somewhere in the middle.

It is usually not possible to tell just by looking at the light what bin it is, but I have some Cree blue emitters, and comparing the 475-480nm bin next to the 480-485nm, the difference is moderately noticeable (the human eye is more sensitive to small wavelength differences in this area of the spectrum).

red xpe leds are around 2v, there is no such thing as 4,2v red xpe.

however, for red xpe output at 750ma would be about 185-190% over 350ma values.

Good to know. Is there a known manufacturor that does this ?
A lot companies make Red in XPE package but Im not are of anyone that specifically make them with die connectivity in the centre of the led, not sure why you would want it as it likely interferes with light output
