Have come here in hope that someone knows more about LEDs than me can help, I did find a spot online that shows how but LED tech has come a long way quickly
What I want to do is make myself a headlight that takes a 12 volt pre focus bulb that will plug into my Quadrunner and want it to be bright enough to hunt at night I want to use the reflector from a red alert lantern which has a 4" plastic reflector but to get it to work I need a pre focused 12 volt LED bulb which I would like to try to make from a blown prefocused torch bulb does anyone have any suggestions as to which LED I should be looking at am looking for about +300 lumens and how much heat would it generate? (plastic reflector)all advice greatly appreciated
Have read somewhere that for LED bulb batteries need to go in about face?
