LED I.D?

RS near me is going out of business so I bit the bullet and picked up one of their 3C cell LED lensers. I pulled the LED and it's unlike any I've seen before.

Big X in the middle. Seems odd to me. It's about 3 watts. 200lm. Cool almost blue white.

Depending on the size, if it's less than 3mm square then it's XB-D. If it's larger then it's an XT-E.

Actually, the last 4 or 5 LED lensers I've picked up have LEDs on stars. Even the small 3aaa models.
