The keyring hole is too small for the keyrings I use. This is something I ran into with Tain's AAA lights as well. Also, the body feels a little thin/light. I was looking for something I can throw on my keyring and forget about. I'll probably go back to a Sapphire.

How about one of the Arc AAAs? They're built like a tank.

Of course you can't beat the Sapphires. I have both the original and the model 25
and am happy with both of them too.

For production lights the Prometheus AAA and Maratac AAA are excellent quality.

Also the Fenix E99 Ti AAA and Fenix LD01 stainless steel limited ed. AAA are also very impressive.

Well, you probably know all this already if you're a fan of AAA lights. Just thinking out loud from the lights I have. Good luck with your search.

I've been wondering about the Prometheus AAA. Seems like a nice little light, from what I've seen.

You're welcome.

I mentioned the Prometheus because it has a lug that will accommodate a good key ring. Plus the quick release feature is sorta cool. Plus the tube and grip design is different which makes for an attractive light.

Ha-ha! Was going to buy it but since I just bought one I thought I should give someone else a chance.

Eventually though I do want to acquire another.
