Does anyone here play the Oud? I own a Bashir style oud. It's fun but want to discuss strings, tuning, techniques.

Just wait till Oud Hero comes out for PS4 and Xbox One. Then everybody will be playing them. :twothumbs I have played samples of an oud in the past on a sample playback synth, but that's not quite the same.

Lol at OUD HERO. I have ventured into the synth section at guitar center a decade ago and found many instrument sounds via keyboard. The Oud is one tricky instrument with its free less very short neck.Just wait till Oud Hero comes out for PS4 and Xbox One.
