No one knows or is able to help me, I have to throw this torch, you do not tell me you know that I can use to replace this driver that does not work, or how to fix it, or outline to make it one that you turn on the hall sensor
try to help me if you can, thanks

I guess not many people has this light and it has driver that is custom for this particular light.
3 XM-L LEDs driven at 3A from 2 Li-Ion's at 3A means pretty uncommon boost driver. On top of that driver needs to some hall sensors to adjust output as magnet in switch moves. I don't think you will find a replacement.
Sorry but looks like you need to get rid of a light and get a new one.

for switch you could use original hall switch , you just need to wire + ,- and control signal on switch place on driver PCB

The question of course is.... it is worth because of price ( cheap light , expensive upgrade ;-)) . Solids lights i have don't needs upgrades
