Why a 'Performance Review'?:
I'm not always able to conduct a full review, but have run the technical tests on a particular light. A 'Performance Review' is intended to provide an outlet for this information and a placeholder for further updates and discussion. No Pros and Cons are included as these performance reviews contain only experimentally measured output figures.
As a 'Performance Review', this thread contains the measured output and runtime data for the THORFIRE PF01 and PF02 lights.

A couple of details:
Both lights arrived in strong cardboard boxed.
Each light has a spare O-ring and instruction manual.
Easily dismantled, both lights have an in-line circuit board with edge mounted positive contact spring.
Both models use the XP-E2 LED and a small textured reflector.
The model is laser engraved on each light.
Modes and User Interface:
Both the PF01 and PF02 use a forward clicky tail-cap switch. Turning either model on and off within 10s will cycle to the next mode.
From off this uses the repeating cycle Moon -> Low -> High.
If left off for more than 10s they default back to Moon.
Batteries and output:
The PF01 uses 1xAAA and the PF02 uses 2xAAA, either Alkaline or NiMh.
To measure actual output, I built an integrating sphere. See here for more detail. The sensor registers visible light only (so Infra-Red and Ultra-Violet will not be measured).
Please note, all quoted lumen figures are from a DIY integrating sphere, and according to ANSI standards. Although every effort is made to give as accurate a result as possible, they should be taken as an estimate only. The results can be used to compare outputs in this review and others I have published.

PWM Note: For both models, the PWM used in moon mode defied measurement due to be variable, but was very low frequency and quite obvious.
Running on Maximum, this is the output graph when using NiMh Eneloop cells. The THORFIRE Camping Lantern is also included in this graph.
The PF01's beam looks like this.
With the reflector looking identical to other model, the PF02 has much the same beam as the PF01.
