Hi there,
Does anybody have any tips on getting through Thrunite customer service? This is for the Thrunite.com as opposed to Thrunite-store.com team.
I placed an order for 3 lights on the 8th of may. The payment has gone through but the order was not visible on my account.
I have emailed them several times and even attempted to reach out via Facebook with no luck.
Is there a better way to contact them? I just want to know where my order is at.
