Clickbait ... or stupid feature, take your pic. It is not being powered by water .... just turned on with it.

No way there is a 100WH of batteries in it either ... which is needed to meet claim. So, can go 9W, but for long time time ... a lot less.

It's also far from the first bulb with a built-in battery so it remains always on when power goes out. I recall seeing bulbs that already did this over a year ago. I'm not seeing anything new here at all.
