Hi i have extract few of above cells from a Dell battery they all measure 4.16 volts.

Are they 4.2 volts cells or 4.35 volts ones?

removing the plastic below is written on it at various places

using the method illustrated in this thread i did below tests.

1: when it was charged to 4.2 volts by a charger desinged for 4.2 volts batteries the capacity wa 1436 mAH for a used laptop cell . (charged 2300mah battery 60 from 10 to 70 %)
2: when charged to 4.3 volts its capacity was 1610 mAH. (charged 2300 mah battery from 20 -92 % )

no (in)efficiencey factore is considered in above calculated capacity ..

so it means samsung 18650-d 26sdi are 4.3 volts ones ?

Acknowledged.
I used a universal 18650 charger. That was showing a blinking red led when charging and would show stable green led when done.
I left few cells in it for few hours after led turned green and found them their voltage to be 4.31 volts.
And got much better capacity when charged to 4.3 .. Now I will only charge them to correct voltage using opus bt-c3100
