Tritium X - Anyone heard of it?

Hi guys, recently I stumbled upon this interesting product online that is like tritium and glow powder combined. Anyone know what it is or have had any experience with this stuff?

Just wondering if it is the long lasting glow-in-the-dark material strontium aluminate. it will require photons to glow, though. I have a dock cleat made with the stuff that never sees direct sunlight yet it will glow through the night (not bright, but enough to see with dark adapted eyes)
