High power LED driver?

I have (what I think is) a beast of an LED module that needs some sort of driver. It is a COB LED with 16-die, 6 of 630 nm, 6 of 810 nm, and 4 of 405 nm. This thing is bright. It is being run at:

Red: 3.6 V, 2.8-3 A (per die)
IR: 2.7 V, 2.8-3 A (per die)
Near-UV: 4.6 V, 2.8-3 A (per die)

The module has a cathode wire for each die (16 total), and 10 common anode wires. I would like to run each color separately, hopefully through some software so that I can precisely time each. I am not very experienced in this, and have looked up numerous ways to attempt to solve this, but I don't have too much knowledge in the way of LED drivers. I know some basic circuitry but that is all.

What are my options?
