In addition to a color spectrum display for various computer screens & various Kelvin temps, other data such as:

Melanopic lux, age 56 = 43.64
Melanopic lux describes how the melanopsin-containing cells in your retina react to light. These cells provide the major input to the circadian pacemaker at high light levels.

I'm using it now, and the screen is a dull sepia tone, I think its at 2700K.

I always thought f.lux was too aggressive. I use 3500k for my nighttime setting.

Just remember low CCT means low melanopsin stimulation which means open pupils which means poor depth of focus ... Which means eye strain.
