Modding a quark AA to a High CRI Led?

I have a question, Would it be feesable to have somebody mod my quark AA to Nichias High CRI Led? I am not sure the model of LED but i have head it is the best for High CRI?

I made it twice, succeeded once...

They are not really hard to open with a heat gun. But I remember that the mpcb is quite thin so you will have to reflow a new emitter on the existant mpcb or file a new one.
