Technically, you could do it if you put a single 17mm diameter lithium ion cell in that body. This would give you excellent run time.

17mm cells do not fit in my 2xCR123A McClickie Pak ... but a 16650 does.

17650 cells fit in some of the 6V McClicky Paks, not all. I recall there being discussion on this before with Yaesumofo. I have two 6V paks that can both fit 17650 IMR cells.
