Organic Transit has recently changed the headlight they are using on the ELF. The headlights on my ELF are way too dim. The new ones have four LEDs while the ones I have are three LED. The new headlights have a cool (pun) flower pedal fin heat sink that screws on the back of the lens housing. The new light is shown in "Organic Transit ELF - Headlight Upgrade Instructional Video" on YouTube.
