Stains on brand new Samsung MJ1's from Fasttech.

I just got my MJ1's after waiting for a month from Fasttech. As soon as I opened them i noticed these stains under the wrappers. The batteries charged fine to 4.2v and they were at 3.63v when i put them on the charger.
Anyone know what it could be? I dont want to return them and wait for another month to get the new ones if these are ok? Is it just cosmetic or is it some type of leak?

After seeing my Sony VTC5 after a month or so of use, I don't think I'd be too concerned.

Oh wow yours looks a lot worse than mine. Did you order from fasttech too? I think the batteries are good but were kept in bad conditions? I opened a ticket and they will give me a gift credit for the trouble.
My stains appear to be in between the wrapper and the battery, not outside.

I bought mine locally. Really not sure what caused it, but it works fine.
