Hello guys,
my friends and i are thinking of building a flashlight with 3 XHP70 leds. Maybe with a Skyray or supfire M6 host but we may consider a larger host too.
Now to the question. Are there any small reflectors for the XHP70 available, as to not have a pure flooder, that achieve a nice beam? I think achieving anything with more than 15k Lux would be ok.
Do you guys also have any experience with any of these XHP70 TIR optics?: http://www.carclo-optics.com/optics-for-leds/cree/xhp-70/
And lastly i would like to inquire about possible hosts for a triple XHP70 build. Are there any good (and preferably cheap) hosts (just the pure body with the glasslens) available?
