charger with charging port

Do any chargers have ports which enable them to be used as a power supply to either power/charge devices-cell phones, cameras?

Charges through micro-usb. Quite a few out there.

If you mean as a power bank, depending on what type of batteries you are charging (Lithium or NiMH), there are quite a few out there.

There are probably many more as well. NiMH powerbanks aren't as efficient or powerfull as lithium cell ones though.

Or do you mean a wall plug battery charger that also have an additional USB socket for external charging a USB device rather than being used as a battery bank?

You can also just buy a power bank that has "springs" and contacts in it for swapping batteries in and out. I've seen AA and 18650 varieties for sale and have both types most of the 18650 power banks have micro usb charging inputs but the AA varieties don't tend to be set up to charge batteries

I have a Duracell charger that plugs into the accessory receptical on most autos and has 3 different sized USB ports.
