Its a large light but can be broken down into smaller sizes as well as the battery holder. battery holder stack can accommodate
4 / 8 / or 12 of the 18650 size batteries in multiple configurations. An additional rod would be needed to accommodate 12 batteries. What I show should accommodate 8 batteries without issue. A longer rod for the 12x 18650 configuration shouldn't be too hard to come by or fabricate.
