Triple XHP-50 driver help please

I have a triple XHP I bought from Cutter. The light i want to install it in is a Surefire Z3 Combatlight. I want to use 3x 18350 IMR's for power.

I can set up the emitters in parallel (6V) or series (12 volt). I'm thinking 6 volt would be the only option.

I've not purchased from Cutter before, is this a complete dropin, or a kit for you to assemble?
My first thought would be to make sure the driver can handle three 3.7v batteries (11.1 volts nominal) as the input
