Question about Liitokala Lii 500 and NiMH batteries

Hi everyone, I'm a new user here, and new to the world of LED flashlights as well. I would have posted this in the Liitokala Lii 500 review thread if it wasn't closed. In the review, HKJ has this graph:

Below the graph, HKJ wrote:

The termination look like a voltage termination and without filling the cell completely.
Generally it looks like the capacity display is a bit high for NiMH cells.
Display shows 1941mAh in 1:56 hours

How does HKJ know that the battery wasn't filled completely - does the graph show that? Also, will the battery become completely filled by a trickle charge if it's left in there? How long would you need to leave it in there, or is that impossible to know?
