This is a low capacity, low current cell. Tmart has this cell in four configurations, this is the unprotected button top.

The cell can deliver up to 5A before it looses capacity. The curves here looks good when staying below 5A, but as can be seen with the flat top version there is some variation between cells.

There is no problem with temperature at 5A

These two cells do not match neary as fine as above. The current handling is the same.

No temperature problem here.

Conclusion

These batteries do not win on capacity or high current, but they can easily drive a normal single cell flashlight.
I would have liked a bit better matching between the cells, but when used one at a time it is not a problem.

Anyone remove the overwrap from these? I can see "NCM18650 2200mAh PWP" through the green. They are thicker than others, but will fit (if tightly) into the Zebralight SC600 MkIII HI.

Probably just as well to have a second layer of shrinkwrap for safety but, if nothing else, I'm curious what color the base cell is. Most NCM 2200mAh seem to be light blue.

At 2 amps they have 95.3% of the Wh capacity they have at 0.5A, which puts them above the Samsung 22P (94.7%) 10A rated cells. Even the latest LG MJ1 only comes out at 96.2% by lgyte's test (94.4% on my MC3000). So, not saying you should push these past 2C, but they handle 2A better than a lot of other cells.

Finished testing and decided to unwrap the worst performing (2030mAh to 2.8V at 500mA) cell. One of the four was 2286. Other two were closer at 2152 and 2177. Did a 2A vs 0.5A test on those and got an average of 2A Wh being 91.3% of the 500mA Wh. Not so great. Same level as the PKCell 2200mAh ICRs.

Photo. It's purple.

These cells are made by Chinese company called "DeLong" (DLG). Nothing to get excited about. And for the price of these Tlife cells, you can get Efest IMR18650 2000mAh cells, which can deliver 10 amps at least.

was looking for some 'affordable' 18650's for a knock-off lantern I'm getting. I saw HJK's review on his website and found these to be the right ones. I would have bought Efest but they were at least double from what I could find. Maybe the limit for me was that I couldn't get any batteries from China sources without paying outrageous fees.

I'll let you know how these do!

Edit: I was referring to the Protected version... just realized these are unprotected if it makes a difference regarding price comparisons.
