It's not really a high beam by description. Sounds like a sort of auxiliary low beam, albeit overpowered. And the automatic activation could be problematic, particularly if there's no manual override.

Good thing there'll only be 25 of these. (But it'll probably spark a proliferation of wanna-be junk on eBay)
