I received mine yesterday . Very well made . Great beam . A little narrower spill than the 2016 Fenix TK32... But it is definitely brighter and it throws farther. It is definitely worth the money and I am glad I bought it. My 4 month old tk32 will be retired and gifted . The Klarus is the better light. (both in brightness and how it feels in the hand)

Going Gear and batteryjunction plus a few other places have it in stock now. But, hope there are no problems with the initial stock as Klarus wanted to check it for switch and USB charging issues according to budget light forum.

The XT12GT? Both GG and BJ show it on pre-order. I've been checking most suppliers daily and have yet to see it in stock anywhere. Unless I have just really bad timing...
