Alright so here is a question. I am sure I can make a super bright led flashlight. I want it to be able to light up the sky about 40 ft. I was wondering a couple things 1 what would the best leds to use, 2 would I be better off using led headlamp bulbs from a car and make a 12v source? I want to keep it as cheap as i can as most would. I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars. I am sure I can figure out most of it just wondering opinions. Thanks a bunch
