Over the course of the past few months I have been working on understanding the fundamentals of photometry. However, I have come to notice there are hundreds of sources many of which are overly word and complex - not to mention many seem to contradict each other. Therefore with the help of a million and one websites and a few physicists/photometrists I have compiled a page that explains everything there is to explain about photometry basics in as simple terms as possible. However, this page is incomplete and will be added on to. I am by no means licensed and ALL constructive criticism, corrections and suggestions are welcome!!! I hope this can help out beginners and veterans alike!
