Loved this light, but it has failed in an odd fashion (see post in LED flashlights forum). Anyhow, it was everything I wanted and nothing I didn't, and I'm on the hunt for a replacement.
Requirements:
2xAAA
Tailcap switch that does nothing but on/off (momentary feature acceptable but not necessary)
Lens twist for high/low mode select
NO ADDITIONAL MODES. No strobe, no 3rd level of illumination - NOTHING!
Anybody have any suggestions? I paid $40 for my current light, and would like to stay around that price point, but of course lower would be good.
