Also if you're trying to get a light on a Drone the cheapest way is using a bike light that comes with it's own lithium battery. You really should read up on how to get the balance point right for stable flight.
I've strapped lights on my Phantom 3 like below and pulled the reflector to make a wider beam. Needs to be under 1 pound.
