Hello,

Any idea of what is a Mallary RM 601 ?
I have an old NVD Star Tron 700 scope and it needs a Mallary RM 601 battery.
Google doesn't show anything so far.

Looks like a 3v, bit fatter and longer than an AA but slimmer than a 123 if it helps...

Would appreciate any lead

thanks

N.

I think that's Mallory, but I don't see anything about that on the net either. Do you have a pic of the battery and label? You may have to do more googling for that scope and what people use for batteries, maybe even consider kludging a substitute.

still nothing from here.
You're right it's Mallory, an old battery brand.
I don't have any with the scope, just the manual and it says Mallory RM 601

Still looking

by chance, Pics of the old cell? I can't find nothing googling and binging around. Seems like these things are still selling for pretty big bucks. There must be a way to power them. Even if you have to use a different cell. I also saw a owners manual sold a while back.
