    Default Test/review of Aspire ICR18650 2500mAh (Black-yellow)

    Aspire ICR18650 2500mAh (Black-yellow)

    Official specifications:
    • Capacity: 2500mAh
    • Flat top to suit most Mods
    • Continuous discharge 20 A
    • Pulsed discharge 40 A
    • Nominal Voltage 3.7V

    High current batteries from ebay.

The discharge curves looks good, the cells tracks and have nearly constant capacity up to 20A. At 30A the cell has trouble.

THey get warm at 20A, but not too warm.

The battery gets very hot at 30A, I recorded 91°C

    Conclusion

    These batteries has good performance.

These cells are made by Shenzhen YongDeli company, and as manufacturer website says, they are 2200mAh cells, just being rebadged by Aspire ase 2500mAh cells. I'm using them in Jetbeam KO-01 and they work just fine.
