Nice handle size choice with the 3x18650, even though 4 in series would make sense for an 12 V emitter. Also interesting is that battery internal resistance test. Probably there just in case you use a single 18650. With three, there shouldn't be a problem running that XHP35 HI with most batteries.

Now just give us a NW option.

I like the fact that in emergency a single 18650 can be used.

With the working voltage being 3-8.4v, how are the batterys setup? Since the light can run on one 18650 (or two cr123s), that slot could be in addition to the other two, with the two being in series and the one in parallel with the two? Or are they all in parallel? Does anybody know?

Quite impressive at 252,506 cd. I wonder if this is the new king of intensity in this size flashlight? (BTW, the TM16GT is only 252,000. :D Those extra 506 cd will make all the difference!)

From this video I exclude that all cells are in parallel.
