Best 3500mah 18650 for lower drain?: LG INR18650 MJ1, Sanyo NCR18650GA, Samsung 35E?

Of these three 3500mah, 10amp rated 18650 batteries, which would be best for use in LED lights that require only low to moderate drain characteristics? Which appears to not only perform best on a basic electrical output scale, but also has best lifespan, self discharge and durability qualities?

I wouldn't worry about any of them and price would probably be my biggest consideration, but...

Sanyo-Panasonic NCR-GA

LG MJ1 (close second)

Samsung 35E (close second/third)

But again, in lower drain devices <5A-6A, capacity might be the predicating factor and price.
