Thread: Anyone owner of Acebeam X45 6500K notice that their beamshot looks like a 5000K?

Default Anyone owner of Acebeam X45 6500K notice that their beamshot looks like a 5000K?

I just got my X45, and the moment I turned it on, I was instantly like, "This is not a 6500K light like I ordered." It looks like a 5000K to me. I contacted Acebeam who told me that it must be a 6500K because their 5000K lights have to be custom ordered.

When I turn on my Olight X7, which I believe is also in the 6xxxK range, it looks significantly cooler than my X45 does. I much prefer cooler tints myself and I'd really like my X45 to be cooler.

Olight X7 on left, Acebeam X45 on right.

Thing is, I'm not a fan of 5000K. I know many people like it but I honestly prefer my lights to be cool white and I like getting what I paid for, you know?

Guess a couple of options, return then and maybe take a gamble on another. Or possibly send to vinh and know you will get the 6500k's put in.

I have a x45vn. I can give you some advise like ven.. exchange for another one.. or send the light to vinh for xhp70.2 6500k led upgrade.. ( may void factory warranty).. or even led/ new driver..
