Red Cells with NJTM4E9 on them?

I pulled 8 cells out of a dead HP laptop pack, and I can't find any info on them. They are 18650 size. Has anyone seen these before?

Here is what they look like, the second set of numbers under the NJTM4E9 looks like serial numbers, as they are all different on the cells

Did the HP laptop pack have any information on it?

I will say some Sanyo 18650s have text stamped on them that is hard to read unless you get it at the right angle it can be almost invisible.

Hey! You're right, I just looked at them in the sun and I can see the SANYO UR18650FM! I would have never seen that if you didn't mention it. :thumbsup:

I'm guessing they are probably around 2600mah batteries which is typical of newer laptop packs. I've torn apart about a dozen packs and have cells from 2200mah to 3000mah plus I've salvaged several tool battery packs and have some from 1200mah to 1800mah.
I think the Sanyos tend to be better than average batteries overall even in damaged packs of them I have found some good ones.
