I'm recycling some 18650 Sanyo laptop batteries and I'm testing them.
They were 3,88v before the test, I draw 1500mAh aprox during 3 minutes, and they where 3,82v, but after a minute they went up to 3,85v, I tested 3 of them and all of them did the same.
Is this normal, or is it a bad symptom?
