Hi. Tested same battery... H17F had 9 blinks (.12v per blink from 3.0v), and 371D had 3 white and 6 red blinks. I wonder why the discrepancy.
I found the 371D's reading as more accurate based on the Liitokala charger reading of 3.69v.
Or am I reading the H17F incorrectly?
