well, my mc3000 just fell apart

went to pull the slider back, and something popped, and the back cradle just lays there dead now, wont retract
pulled it apart and the spring, and little piece of junk plastic black pin has broke and snapped off
any ideas on what to do to fix it?
went to the website, it said they were online and ready for a live chat, but couldnt get an answer.
anybody elses break like this ?

Check the last 50 posts in the link posted above, your problem is common in early release charger as the plastic was brittle.

seller says he cant do anything , contact the manf
manf says to contact the seller , he will fix it

Check US consumer law, How did you pay?, credit cards have purchase protection, you can also do a claim though PayPal if you paid that way.

In UK law, it`s the sellers responsibility to handle warranty repairs/replacements but you can go straight to the manufacture for a replacement as they will likely have the newest stock.
